Nidal Abou Samra

Studied Saxophone and Piano at USEK University – Lebanon, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a teaching diploma in musicology and ethnomusicology.

He attended ethnomusicology courses in “Hochschule für Musik und Theater” Hannover Germany.

Nidal is a teacher at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music since 1997.

He has performed as a Saxophonist and pianist in different musical styles from Jazz to Pop to Classical, with many Lebanese and international bands and singers such as Feiruz, Ziad Rahbany, Gabriel Yared, Joelle Khoury, Charbel Rouhana, Makadi Nahhas, Michel Fadel, Majida el Roumi, Lebanese National Conservatory Big Band and the Lebanese National Symphony Orchestra.
