Wissam Nasreddine

Wissam Nasreddine is a guitarist, a classical guitar teacher and a Luthier (guitar maker).

He started his guitar lessons in 1985 in Cyprus. Upon his return to Beirut in 1988, he pursued his studies with professor Jad Hedari. Influenced by Mr. Hedari’s virtuosity and poetic performance, Wissam graduated from the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music, where he has been teaching since 1999. In addition he was a classical guitar teacher and a coordinator in several music schools. He performed in festivals and musical events in Lebanon with many other musicians. It is worth mentioning that some of his students are guitar teachers now.

He learned the craft of guitar making from the Luthier Robert Kfouri, an experienced Cello and Violin maker. Since then they became partners in producing high quality handmade concert guitars, violins and cellos.

Other than music, Wissam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pure mathematics and has completed his Master’s degree courses in math education.
